Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) working with Cisco and Arista network devices (routers and switches).
• Minimum of at least CCNP or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of following routing protocols: BGP, OSPF.
• Experience on WAN technology, e.g. Metro Ethernet, MPLS. VPLS, IPLC etc.
• Preferable with working experience on using Multicast in a Cisco/Arista environment.
• Preferable with working experience in large financial or banking network operation/implementation team.
• Ability to effectively communicate to internal clients through all available mediums (verbal, listening, writing, presenting).
• Willing to work during weekends for implementation of network changes.
• Willing to work for extended working hours when needed.

Job Description

1. Customer Acquisition and Account Management - Qualify leads from existing established contacts across various focus regions to gain market share, while identifying and developing new opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
2. Technical Sales Support and Coordination - Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, managing technical requirements, providing solutions, and facilitating product qualifications and testing.
3. Market and Competitor Analysis - Analyse customer demand, market trends, and competitor activities to support accurate forecasting, budget planning, and strategic decision-making.
4. Sales Execution and Reporting - Oversee quotes, order follow-ups, and backlog management, while conducting regular customer visits and preparing detailed sales reports to track progress and performance.

The Successful Applicant

• About 10 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience in the Electrical Connectors industry - with a proven track record in new customer acquisition across Asia
• Strong industrial knowledge of sectors such as civil aviation, aerospace and defense, telecommunications, medical equipment, test & measurement and/or relevant markets with similar purpose
• Comfortable with 40% regional travel to countries across SEA, India, and China
• Comfortable with a strong hunting position, upholding 0-1 new business development responsibilities

PSC Freyssinet, an international civil contractor is looking for a self motivated Site Engineer for civil projects in Singapore.

The Site Engineer will be part of a Project Team and reports to the Construction Manager. The Site Engineer will be involved in site work i.e. preparation of work sequences, method statement, scheduling of resources and preparation works for the project.

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary accountabilities

• Supporting engineering and supervision teams to deliver works in accordance with project specifications, budgets and schedules.
• Ensuring comprehensive records are established and maintained to assist decision making.
• Generate client and internal reports for progress and to coordinate/schedule the execution of system verification walk downs.
• Maintaining productive relationships with the Project Team, client representatives, sub-contractors, foreman, consultants and the community.

Skills & Experience

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Experience and knowledge on post-tensioned / Bearings/Road Joints would be appreciated.
• Good communication skill to liaise with client/Main contractor/Sub contractor.
• Be familiar with usual design standards (Eurocode, BS, etc.) and Singapore Codes of Practice.
• Have good editorial skills (will write method statements and other technical documents).
• Be conversant with AutoCAD
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Should be a good team player.
• The candidate should have at least two years' experience on construction projects.
