• Position : Logistic Coordinator (Shipment/ Shipping / Import/ Export) - ALL WELCOME
• Location : Loyang Crescent (Company Bus Pickup location - Ang Mio Kio MRT, Hougang Ave 2, Pasir Ris MRT and Pasir Ris Street 1)
• Working hours : 5 Working day (Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations through proper coordination so the materials are arrived on time
• Coordinate with warehouse on the delivery of items
• Arrange the shipment for raw materials and finished products
• Coordinate the import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
• Liaise and coordinate with carriers, vendors or customers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
• Resolve shipment issues and consult Manager is necessary
• Prepare certification documentations to Engineering and Commercial team
• Prepare certification of Origin

Requirements:

• ALL WELCOME.
• At least 1 year prior experience in Shipping/ Logistic/ Freight.
• Knowledge with Overseas Shipping Agency (Southeast Region) will be an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

Role & responsibilities:

• Partner and work seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the integration project plan (Diaverum’s processes & systems) in a timely manner.
• Manage the clinics strategy plans & execution, in partnership with Country Management team.
• Ensure that the clinic management fully understands and follows Diaverum’s Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and develop skills to assure and teach future nurses as mentors.
• Being accountable for collaborating with members of the health care team to design, implement, and measure safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care strategies.
• Responsible for increasing the level of skills of the clinic staff by means of development and implementation of clinic based education programs.
• Planning and coordinating an effective orientation and in-service program.
• Practicing in a manner that conforms the Code of Conduct of Ethics for Nurses and the Diaverum’s Code of Conduct.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in nursing from an accredited university with at least 5 years in acute/outpatient care setting or related facility is necessary.
• Experience in putting together project roadmaps and planning.
• The ability to work independently in a face-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to handle inevitable objections, inspire trust and generate project enthusiasm.
• Business travelling as and when required.

• Oversee FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate data is updated and maintained
• Perform financial analysis/modelling, such as cash flow forecast, project evaluations, cost benefit calculations, and investment appraisals.
• Using Microsoft Excel to build financial models for strategic scenario analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the identification and management of financial risks within the business.
• Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the FP&A function and work with the team to implement changes.
• Support management during ad hoc projects and other required activities.

Requirements:

• Atleast 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage industry is a plus
• Immediate starter is preferred
