Essential Functions

• Take every opportunity to amaze the guests.

Job Scope:

• Create accurate 3D BIM models for M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection)
• Use BIM software like Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks
• Produce detailed M&E drawings (layouts, installations, system details)
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP teams
• Participate in coordination meetings and ensure integrated design
• Address clashes and conflicts through clash detection and resolution
• Perform regular clash detection using tools like Navisworks
