Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing the curriculum for the class.
• Preparing progress reports for children and developmental protfolios for the class.
• Maintaining of teaching resources, decorations and learning environment of the classroom
• Fostering positive relationships with children and parents.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Educaton or equivalent.

Certified EY2/L1/L2 by ECDA

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

Job Responsibilities:

- Guiding new administrative staff in various centre

- Assisting centres in the usage of Little Lives Application

- Assisting in execution of HQ events

- Processing of administrative matters for HQ

Job Requirements:

- Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken)

- Good knowledge in Little Lives Application

- Knowledge in ECDA subsidy and its processes

- Willing to travel to various centres across the island occasionally to assist with administrative matters

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Independent, flexible and adaptable

- 1-2 years of administrative experience
