Responsibilities:

• Assit to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
• Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.

To conduct laboratory tests (using e.g. electrodynamic shaker and temperature/humidity chambers) in accordance with the test procedure.
