Job description
· Develop and monitor project schedules in consultation with project team.
· Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programs
· Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling program
· Coordinate with client’s planner on programme and progress matters.
· Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule
· Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
· Ensure material submission and approval
· Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedules
Requirements
·Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years’ experience preferably in Construction planning and programme coordinator in Water Reclamation Plant Construction Project
· Good knowledge of construction and general application of principles, theories and industry practices and standards
· Proficient in planning and scheduling techniques
· Ability to influence various stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
· Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is a must
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects at one time
· Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly
· Able to start work on short notice is a plus
