Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.

2. Knowledge of operating cleaning machines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc, and able to provide training to cleaners on how to use cleaning machines.

3. Assist Operations Manager on the establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for cleaners and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.

4. Be the first contact person to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse

6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements:

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to Standby 24x7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times.

3. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

4. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

5. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

6. At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with Data Architects, SAs, BAs, SMEs to design and implement the iSeries development artefacts and frameworks
• Work with business, BAs, SAs to collect the requirements for analysis and implementation
• Prepare high level and low level solutioning for the requirements
• Perform impact analysis and data modeling for the changes
• Perform modularised coding and implementation of the changes and unit test documentation
• Work with peers on reviewing the artefacts
• Support QA and UAT testing
• Assist Data Platform in backup, replication, redundancy analysis and strategy
• Any other ancillary tasks or works as and when requested & assigned by the Company

Scope of Work: The incumbent would be supporting the development and testing support for iSeries ased applications during their tenure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in iSeries development using RPG RPGLE CLLE SPs and service programs
• Hands on experience of impact analysis using X-Analysis and usage of turnover tool for release management
• Experienced using cloud technology (Microsoft Azure) to access, monitor and support tools via Virtual Machines
• Certified IBM Mainframe developer (Systems programmer)
• Working knowledge of MS SQL and Java
• Knowledge of DT Share is preferred

Cleaning Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental)

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) is responsible for providing the overall direction of the organisation within the guidelines set up by the board of directors or a similar governing body. As a systems thinker, he or she will strategize and directs operational activities and translate organisational goals into achievable steps, anticipates and stays ahead of trends and takes advantage of opportunities. He or She will also mentor the management team as part of succession planning and represents the organisation in meetings with clients, investors and business partners.

He or She is expected to be at our project sites and build relationships with our clients and work closely with the Commercial and Environmental - Operations Executive as part of his role.

This requires him or her to be organised, strategic, adaptable, highly driven and capable of interacting with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead teams

- Develop strategy plans to promote organisation core values

3. Manage client relationships

4. Manage Incidents

- Oversee the conduct and review of contingency plans

- Endorse emergency and crisis management response plans, processes and procedures

- Provide direction on analysed trends of reported incidents

5. Manage cleaning services

- Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery (compiling, analysing, development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery)

- Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operation

- Assist in budget planning for cleaning operations

- Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management

- Preparing periodic schedules and all other documentations and ensure all periodic schedules has been enforced and followed up accordingly.

- Covering of manpower if needed (requires you to do hands-on cleaning)

- Recruiting of manpower for projects

- Resolving all matters/ incidents on site

6. Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule

- Stocktake and allocating of equipment and/or technologies and supplies to project sites

- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations

- Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment

7. Manage cleaning teams

- Facilitating in planning of work schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff

8. Manage incidents

- Guide teams to respond to major incidents/emergencies and reporting it to the management

9. Any other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.

Job Requirements:

- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Managers specializing in Commercial and Environmental or Facilities Management
