• Hands on experience in design, implementation of Splunk architecture.
• Experience on Linux and Windows administration
• Able to do data onboarding, fields extraction according to Splunk best practices.
• Able to provide Splunk guide and Splunk operation document
• Able to setup forwarders and onboard new data sources into the environment.
• Able to troubleshoot and identify Splunk issue relating to performance and searches.
• Able to fine tune Splunk use cases (rule) and optimize searches performance.
• Able to create new dashboard to enhance the visualization of the data and create Splunk use cases for alerts/reports.
• Knowledge on index segregation and user restriction setup
• Knowledge on using Splunk Enterprise Security
• Able to do Common Informational Model for Enterprise Security.
• Good in communication and able to understand the requirements.

Salary: S$3000 - S$3500

Work location: Raffles Place

Working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

• Receive invoices and other accounts payable documentation, check and confirm liability for payment.
• Obtain authorisation for payment from appropriate people, allocate expenditure to the correct budget and cost center and ensure weekly and monthly payment runs are completed on time, adhering to all controls.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with our major suppliers. Work collaboratively to improve work practices and processing efficiencies.
• Follow through on all accounts payable related queries from suppliers and team members.
• Maintain records of documents processed for ready access (hard copy and electronic) and produce various reports according to operating procedures.
• Process all team member expense claims and clubs petty cash reimbursement in line with guidelines.
• Prepare monthly reports for various stakeholders to track actual expenses vs budget.

The associate lead consultant is responsible for delivering technical and strategic consulting services to clients in the area of DevSecOps and Platform service delivery while also supporting the lead consultant in managing project execution. This role involves leading small teams, collaborating with

cross-functional groups and ensuring that client objectives are met with high quality solutions. The associate lead consultant needs to be agile enough to wear a technical hat and manage operations simultaneously.

Project Delivery and execution:

• Lead small to mid-sized engagements or work streams within larger projects.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables.

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and rapport

Team Leadership and collaboration:

• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on project tasks

Solution Delivery:

• Analyze client business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Design and implement innovative solutions that address client challenges and improve efficiency that
• Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS)/bespoke application software, platforms and system management tools
• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Implementing proof-of-concepts on processes/services to be introduced to either in-house and customers
• Ensure solutions are aligned with client business objectives and best practices in the industry

Business Development Support:

• Assist the lead consultant in identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Participate in proposal development, including scoping, estimation and presenting solutions to potential clients

System Maintenance and Optimization:

• Lead incident response efforts for critical system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent future incidents.
• Document incident reports, system changes, and operational procedures and Scripting
• Design and develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operations, deployments, and system management.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve system reliability and reduce manual intervention.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with other application teams to support application deployment and system integration
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and IT staff
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in system engineering.
• Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure processes, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide input on technology roadmaps and initiatives.

Requirements

Education / Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Has at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Technical proficiency in DevSecOps and industry solutions
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux & Windows based environments.
• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, NGINX).
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, VMware Tanzu, Openshift, Docker).
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Perl, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with OSS tools, DevOps CI/CD and testing tools/techniques (eg. Github Actions, Selenium, SonarQube) will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage small teams and lead project work streams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
