We are seeking a committed and experienced Safety Coordinator cum Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will take on dual responsibilities, managing both safety compliance and operational supervision across various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental control standards to create a safe working environment.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigating measure to minimize potential hazards
• Prepare, review and update Method Statements & Risk Assessments (MSRA) ensuring all documents are ready for submission to clients
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings and document daily safety checklists to monitor ongoing safety adherence.
• Supervise on-site operations to ensure safety and operational protocols are strictly followed
• Monitor workers performance to ensure productivity and quality and maintain safety standards
• Investigate incidents, prepare details reports and corrective actions
• Coordinate with operations team to address safety and operational concerns

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator and in supervision roles.
• Possess a Certificate in WSH (Workplace Safety and Health), Manage Work at Height, Bizsafe Level 2, and Scaffold Supervisor certification.
• Strong ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills, with a sense of ownership and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external customers
• Class 3 driving licence (preferable)

Responsibilities:

· Applying makeup, performing facials, and recommending skincare therapies.

· Performing manicures and pedicures, nail art, and color recommendations.

· Performing permanent and temporary hair removal treatments, such as electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing.

· Suggesting guidelines on personal skincare regimes.

· Cross-selling beauty therapies and products.

· Making appointments and documenting treatments.

· Keeping your workstation and tools clean and sterile.

· Taking stock and ensuring there are adequate supplies.

· Good hand-eye coordination

Requirements:

· A certification in cosmetology, aesthetic, or related field.
