Position: Full-Set Accountant
Location: T5@Tampines

Salary: $3,800 - $4,200
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

1. Full-Set AccountingMaintain accurate financial records, including daily bookkeeping and monthly financial reporting.
   Prepare monthly profit and loss statements.
   
2. Cash Flow ManagementMonitor daily cash flow and manage financial transactions.
   
3. Payroll and Statutory ContributionsHandle employee salary disbursement and manage CPF submissions.
   
4. Inventory ManagementOversee stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
   
5. Regulatory ComplianceEnsure all financial reporting complies with Singapore accounting standards.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-set accounting.
• Familiarity with inventory management and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Ensure the continuous availability and optimal performance of the Customer Service CRM system.
• Review business requirements, provide recommendations, and evaluate solutions proposed by the Product Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
• Min 5 years of experience in Customer Service Product
• Experience in entire process support planning, collaboration, business analysis,market monitoring and
  macro economic analysis
• Effective interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
