Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Conceptualize, plan, and execute events from start to finish, including corporate events, product launches, and conferences
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing strategies to drive event participation and engagement through digital and traditional channels
- Content Creation: Develop engaging promotional content such as brochures, social media posts, and event invites
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and execution
- Budget Management: Plan and manage event budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources
- Market Research: Identify event trends and analyze audience insights to create innovative and relevant experiences
- Event Logistics: Handle venue bookings, setup, equipment, and other logistical requirements
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and events using key performance metrics
- Customer Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with attendees, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Post-Event Follow-Up: Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and provide recommendations for future events
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Creativity and a passion for marketing and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus
