Administration Manager Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space

1. Developing and implementing mechanical designs and welding procedures for new products or product improvements.
2. Analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical and welding problems, and recommending appropriate solutions.
3. Conducting tests and experiments to validate designs and procedures.
4. Managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
5. Providing technical support to production teams and assisting with equipment maintenance and repair.
6. Mentoring and training junior technicians and engineers.

• Maintenance of Automated control Machineries for the Precast Fabrication Equipment’s such as Batch Concrete Mixing Plants, Automated Rebar Bending/Cutting & Mesh Fabrication machine,AVERMANN Pallet Circulation system, Automated Hollow core Fabrication Machines such as Extruder, Bed Cleaning machines, Concrete Cutting machine, Concrete Distributor.
• Maintenance of Electrical Distribution Boxes, Electrical Overhead Cranes, Gantry cranes, Lifting Equipments.
• Arranging for Regulatory Inspections & calibrations for the Equipment’s and Electrical machines.
• Providing In-house Training for the Machine operators to operate and maintain the machines in Safe and good working Condition. And Training the Maintenance team in periodic Maintenance & Breakdown maintenance of the machines.
• Arranging and maintaining critical Spare parts for the machines.
• Maintaining Daily Breakdown Record & Arranging Preventive maintenance Schedule for all machines.
