• Maintain lab equipment in good working condition, lab consumables are adequately stocked and well managed.
• Source and purchase new equipment, modules and accessories.
• Prepare and update lab safety document RA/SWP. Implement and maintain 5S in the lab.
• Provide training and advice for lab equipment users.

• Diploma in Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies, Computer Engineer, Information Technology or equivalent
• Must have Skillset: Java, Liferay/DXP
• At least 3 years of Liferay development experience and minimum of 6 months of Liferay DXP experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Liferay Portal (including Liferay DXP or Liferay 7.*) and portal standards including JSR168, JSR286.
• 2- 3 years of experience in Development, Administration, Deployment, Upgrade and enhancement of Liferay Portal with high volume and high-reliability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engineers solutions on the Liferay platform and designing custom Portlets that integrate with external data providers using an MVC design pattern and utilize and/or extend common Liferay Portlets.
• Able to understand the requirement and provide solution with standard implementation using the Liferay tools or other Content Management System (CMS).
• Design and Development of Portal using Liferay out of box portlets, Liferay MVC Portlets, Spring MVC portlets, Struts portlets depending on the requirement.
• Designing the application as per the mock ups shared by the UI team by using the UI technologies like CSS, JS, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, Alloy UI.
• Managing the Portal using Administrative and Deployment skills of Liferay.
• Integrating Portal with different BI environments using Webservices
• Develop and deploy the Liferay Theme, Layouts, Hooks, and portlets.
