- SOP for Communication with Parents: Develop and implement SOPs to train instructors on how to effectively communicate with parents. This includes guidelines on discussing student progress, addressing concerns, and providing updates in a professional and supportive manner.

- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks such as creating and maintaining class schedules, generating reports on student progress and instructor performance, and keeping accurate records of student enrollment and attendance. Ensure all administrative processes are efficient and support the smooth operation of the educational program.

Requirement:

- Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science or Software engineering

- Preferably some Tutoring or Teaching experience with primary or secondary school children

Overview:

To manage, plan and execute Tech Care projects to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and manage projects assigned, and meet project objectives in terms of budget, outcomes and schedule.
• Monitors the progress of the various projects, foresee any potential problems and resolve and/or propose solutions.
• Develop project implementation work flow and document project progress to ensure traceability while adhering to PDPA requirements.

Core responsibility is to ensure the smoothness of daily closing tasks:

• Must be well versed with Xero and other accounting softwares
• Bank reconciliations
• Daily bookkeeping and entries into Xero accounting software
• Ensure that trade AP and AR positions are fully recorded and reconciled
• Manage claims and reimbursements
• Perform GST submissions
• Attending to customer enquiries related to payments
• Other duties as assigned by managers

Salary and Benefits
