• Manage manpower related issues (e.g. duty roster, training and development)

• Work within licensing and regulatory requirements

• Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.

• Support team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery

• Teacher and parent management

• Lead in organizing and execution of Company's related events

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Preschool (Leadership)

• Certificate in Special Needs or related field will be an added advantage
