• Provide project management for upgrading and improvement of infrastructure facilities, routine and cyclical project which includes providing input during project conceptualizing stage, developing and facilitating action plan to ensure coherence in planning parameters for facilities, timely execution of planning/action.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure that all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are functioning optimally, including planning and scheduling routine maintenance works and processing work requisitions from landlord's and tenant's Tenderers.

- Manage and oversee maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

· Soft Services (i.e. Security, Cleaning, Pest control, Landscape maintenance)

- Monthly documentation such as Meter readings including going to site to take readings, computation of charges, sending reports to Finance for invoicing for air con, chilled water, electrical, water, etc.
