Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Sales Executive located in Islandwide. Our client is a local jewellery brand based in Singapore. You will be working closely with the office team to create an excellent in-store shopping experience for customers. This includes assisting with styling customers in the latest pieces, managing inventory, handling restocks, and ensuring the store is always ready for customers. Your role also involves performing cashiering duties, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and processing online order collections or after-sales services when needed. Additionally, you will lead and guide team members, providing them with training and support to ensure their success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year in retail sales experience

Primary Purpose:

To implement process commissioning, warranty support and customer training and as well work closely with Customer Service Team and ensure that OIPT new installed tool can meet PA specifications well and be fully functional and available for customer use. Also, to involve regular extensive travel across Japan and Asia areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Commissioning: Follow SOP to implement process commissioning works and continuously improve SOP to shorten days to acceptance time.

2. Process Acceptance: Make a process summary report after process commissioning work is completed and assist to negotiation tool acceptance sign off.

3. Warranty Process Support and Training: Support warranty process issues troubleshooting to meet the requirements of Research/mass production customers and offer and promote process training to the customers.

4. Lateral Support: Assist to collect Research/mass production tools performance, e.g. MTBC/MWBC, uptime, thru-put, yield performance to support the tools sales and CIP upgrades.

Financial Reporting (50%)

• Provide financial information
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly and/or special reports and analysis as required
• Review reports prepared by shared services centre - monthly, quarterly, yearly
• Prepare Principal reports (IFC, Business Plan)
• Statistic / Survey Preparation and submission
• Preparation and finalization of budget and forecasts
