Job Description
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Research and identify new markets, industry trends, and potential clients.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's client base.
Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:
Provide compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts aligned to the needs of prospective clients.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to finalize contracts and ensure compliance.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct periodical market research to be up to date of the industry dynamics, competitor offerings, customer needs and identifying new opportunities.
Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to business development strategies.
Operational day to day :
Ensure the efficiency and consistency of the day to day operations
Track and document progress of daily operations, and analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
Provide prompt assistance to address client concerns or issues to maintain a wholesome partnership.
Ensure that staff are well equipped with the relevant skillsets to handle the day to day operational flow.
Brand Awareness Effort :
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
Assist with any other duties or projects assigned by the reporting officer.
Job Requirement
Candidates should have at least O-Level education or a higher qualification, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with clients and teams at various levels.
Ability to conduct market analysis and competitor analysis, and develop effective business development strategies.
Ability to work independently under pressure, with a strong goal orientation and execution capabilities.
Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Strong experience in managing client relationships, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
