We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in a specialist clinic, with exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

What you will be working on (training will be provided):

• Front counter duties including patient registration and answering phone and email inquiries
• Schedule patient appointments
• Prepare and dispense medications
• Assist in inventory and perform stock take
• Maintain clinic cleanliness
• Manage insurance claims submissions (including corporate insurance), applying for letter of guarantee and pre-authorisation
• Perform cashiering duties
• Assist doctor and chaperone whenever necessary

Accounts Executive (Full Set)

Salary: $2500-$3500 (commensurate with experience)

Job DescriptionFull-set accounting for various sets of accounts independently

• Cash flow management
• Invoicing/Billing and ensure timely collection
• Trial balance, basic financial statements, and simple consolidated financial statements
• Tax filing, GST submission and other accounting tasks
• Liaise with internal & external parties such as sub-cons, auditors, bankers, etc
• Other administrative support as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy from recognised education institute
• Minimum with 2 years relevant working experience
• Able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
