Job Description

• Provides home personal care services such as assistance with activities of living (eg. showering, dressing, feeding, toileting, transferring, moving around), eldersitting, medication, mind-stimulating exercises, and simple exercises.
• Works closely with the clinical team to ensure that the patient is well taken care of.
• Assists nurse-in-charge to perform biopsychosocial and environmental assessment on the initial visit.
• Co-ordinates with other team members and updates them of changes in the patient’s status and needs.
• Able to take basic vital signs. Eg. Temperature, blood pressure and respiration rate.
• Assists the nurse-in-charge with stock inventory.

Requirements

• ITE Skills Certificate in Healthcare (Home Care) or WSQ Higher / Advanced Certificate in Health Care Support (Nursing Care)

As an Order Processor you will accurately enter and process orders placed by our customers into the system for production / delivery. We're looking for a thoughtful person with a high degree of attention to detail. If you're the type of person who instinctively starts a checklist for a complicated processes you'll fit right in.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties relating to the processing of customer orders with a high degree of accuracy (orders range from basic stock to highly configured)
• Convert an order from a quote or excel sheet to a sales order in company’s ERP system and ensure completeness and accuracy
• Verify that all items in the order are in stock
• Knowledge of common substitutions for items not in stock; able to verify with leaders accordingly
• Work with procurement department to determine ETA for any order items not in stock
• Periodically correspond and communicate with customers - electronically and verbally; to include information such as delivery agent’s details, customer's PO, freight charges, etc
• Communicate with customers on discrepancies, order conflicts, and shipping delays
• Create SOT for the sales order
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the overall customer experience
• Work on open sales deliveries excel file
