Role Overview:

Support organisational operations in IT, Data Management, and Digital Media for day-to-day activities, marketing, disbursement, and fundraising campaigns.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Monitor and maintain hardware, software, network, and data systems.
• Troubleshoot and provide on-site IT support for staff and users.
• Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., WordPress, Salesforce, QuickBooks, printers, etc.).
• Set up and troubleshoot systems for meetings, events, and training.

Data Management

• Ensure data protection policies are adhered to.
• Perform routine cloud and external data backups.

Digital Media & Marketing

• Design and edit basic images and videos for web, social media, and print.

Pre-Requisites:

Qualifications:

Job Description: A full time role for a Clinic Assistant located in Parkway East Hospital.

Our client provided health and wellness service.You will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. This includes managing appointment bookings and efficiently registering both new and returning patients. Additionally, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, providing information, and resolving queries. Handling insurance claims, preparing invoices, and collecting payments are also key tasks. Alongside these, you will perform various administrative tasks, assist with clinical duties, and carry out simple procedures as needed. Furthermore, you'll undertake additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the medical facility.

• Attend all student related matters such as schedule changes and other enquiries
• Liaise with teachers on student progress reports
• Organisation of parent-teacher meetings
• Complete any service recovery and other customer related issues
• Ensure students record and accounts are accurate and updated.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with shift work
• Ability to work fast and think on your feet.
• At least a diploma and a minimum of 2 years administrative experience
