• Maintains all equipment as required per preventive maintenance programs prescribed by manufacturer's specifications.

• Assists in maintaining an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.

• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC. Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
• Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Managing events for site - Assist in events setup arrangement by leading the techs on location, Liaising with users for their events. E.g., Bookings, vendor arrangement etc
• Site inspection walks - Initiating Self Initiative works for technicians.
• Assisting in Soft & Hard services. Eg. RFQs, Submission for approvals

The Senior/Accounts Officer shall be assigned duties in Shared Services:

• Processing and sending out invoices;
• Posting of incoming receipts entries;
• Reporting all daily work-related activities;
• Following very specific and strict deadlines;
• Generating reminder letters and Statement of Accounts to customers;
• Investigating and solving customer complaints and queries;
• Being on the look-out for delayed or missed payments and other such irregularities;
• Month-end and year-end closing including preparing journal entries and posting;
