Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Develop and publish compelling social media content and ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create content calendars, write engaging posts, schedule updates, and produce/edit visuals and videos that align with our brand goals.

Audience Engagement:Build authentic connections by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Share relevant content and foster interaction with followers to enhance audience loyalty and engagement.

Trend Monitoring & Insights:Keep a pulse on social media trends, conversations, and emerging opportunities.

Leverage insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.

Performance Analysis:Track key social media metrics such as followers, engagement rates, reach, clicks, and traffic. Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Reporting to Finance Manager, the Accounts executive is responsible to perform the full spectrum of monthly closing including AR, AP and GL. Working together in a team, key objectives include timely and accurate reporting of AR activities throughout daily operations and month-end closing.

The successful candidate must be operationally hands-on, organized, highly motivated and able to work with a disciplined approach towards managing people and work.

Primary Job Scope

· In charge of one active subsidiary entity full set accounting which includes AR, AP & GL responsibilities

· Preparing Weekly Paid & Unpaid list for monitoring and update

· Monthly Preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cashflow for submission to Management & shareholders

· Assist the Finance Manager to supervise Accountant and 2 Accounts Executives on contingency purpose

· Reconcile GST and submits to IRAS on quarterly basis

· Do up Company's ECI for review before submission

· Liase with auditors and tax agent for Statutory audit and tax purpose

· Assist to prepare the Dashboard slides -financial portion where required & necessary

· Prepares annual budget for entity-in charge and revise forecast on quarterly basis

· Meticulous, analytical and self-motivated team player who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure minimum re-works

· Positive attitude and takes initiative to update on annual SFRS revisions

· Min Diploma/ACCA in Accounting and has a keen interest in pursuing Accounting as a Career

· Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
