As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

This is a complex migration project to transition from multiple SAP ECC systems to a single, centralized SAP
S/4HANA instance. This critical initiative will streamline our operations, improve data quality and accessibility, and ultimately enhance our business efficiency. To spearhead the data migration efforts, we seek a highly experienced and qualified Senior Data Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Data & Migration Leadership:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data migration strategy for multiple SAP ECC systems to S/4HANA using Syniti Data migration MDM tool.
• Lead the global data migration team, motivating and mentoring team members across different locations.
• Collaborate closely with the client's global lead to ensure alignment and address their concerns.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through periodic reports and presentations, highlighting milestones, progress, and potential risks.
• Implement an early warning system to proactively identify and address any potential delays in the migration timeline.
• Technical Data Migration Expertise:
• Define data mapping rules and transformations for seamless integration between ECC and S/4HANA.
• Oversee data cleansing and quality improvement activities, ensuring accurate and consistent data in the new system.
• Design and implement robust testing procedures to guarantee data integrity and functionality after migration.
• Manage data security and compliance throughout the migration process.
• Project Management & Communication:
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including data migration plans, reports, and procedures.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, proactively mitigating risks and managing deviations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, keeping everyone informed about progress, challenges, and decisions.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience leading data migration projects for SAP implementations.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA data migration using Syniti Data migration MDM tool.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC data structures and processes.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, cleansing, and quality management techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Account Executive /Senior Account Executive

Job description:

- Check and verify before issuing Sale Invoices and update the collection accordingly.

- Check and match suppliers’ invoices with PO and Performa Invoices taken in AP system and upload all the supporting in the system as well.

- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, recording, all supporting banking transactions, submitting online banking payments, and filing documents.

- Process staff claims, Check, and classify expense items for payment preparation and enter Transactions.

- Perform reconciliation for multi-currencies bank statements.

- Update AR and AP Invoices and perform reconciliation timely and accurately.

- Reconciliation for the Balance sheet items and ensuring the accuracy of the audit schedules.

- Prepare accrual, prepayment, and provision transactions if possible.

- Extract audit schedules to ensure the accuracy of the Profit and loss transaction…

- Take in Fixed assets bills tied up GL with Fixed Assets audit schedules.

- Sent out Statement of Account (AR) and requested suppliers’ Statement (AP) monthly.

- Reconciliation of Inter-companies transactions.

- Submission of Monthly CPF and quarterly GST Filing and other financial duties.

- Budgeting cash flow and projected Profit & loss ac.

- Extract and check monthly closing stock balance.

- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy

Job Requirement

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.

- Hardworking, Responsible with a good work attitude, and willing to learn.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)

- Experience in the XERO and AUTO-COUNT accounting systems will be an advantage.
