Qualifications:

· Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and resilience under pressure.

· Industry Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in executive search, extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry. Experience in leading or participating in successful engineering digitalization projects and BIM technology implementations is a must.

· Management Experience: Proven track record in senior management roles within medium to large enterprises, with the ability to build operation systems and lead teams effectively.

· Technical Expertise: Keen insight into trends in engineering digitalization technologies, with the ability to integrate advanced technologies into the company’s operations.

· Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to engineering digitalization technologies is an advantage.

· Educational Background: Master’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

· Well versed in English and Mandarin, for internal communication with other stakeholders in China.

1. Setting Up Machines: Preparing and adjusting CNC equipment for automated machining operations.
2. Operating Machinery: Running CNC milling and lathe machines to produce parts and tools from various materials.
3. Monitoring Production: Overseeing the machining process to ensure that products meet specifications and quality standards.
4. Inspecting Finished Products: Using gages and measurement tools to check the dimensions and quality of finished parts.
5. Performing Maintenance: Conducting regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
6. Following Specifications: Ensuring that all operations adhere to safety, production, and technical guidelines.
   
   Qualifications: Typically, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to read technical drawings and follow CNC programming instructions.
   This role is essential in various manufacturing environments, where precision and efficiency are crucial for producing high-quality components.

Job Description:

• Supervise drivers and delivery assistants, ensuring their tasks are effectively managed and monitored.
• Address safety violations or disciplinary issues by reporting them to the Operation Manager.
• Plan, schedule, organize, and assign daily jobs while adhering to safety protocols.
• Liaise with customers to address and resolve job-related issues, including time extensions for export collections when necessary.
• Report cargo damage, traffic accidents, delivery abnormalities, or discrepancies to the Operation Manager or immediate superior.
• Investigate and document incidents/accidents promptly, submitting detailed reports (e.g., Incident Report/CAPA) to management.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment usage, ensure proper maintenance scheduling, and confirm all assets are in good condition.
