1. Ensure efficient and effective management of design activities on tenders and projects to ensure that all design requirements of the contract are fulfilled

Requirements:

Requirements:

Overview

The Sales Manager in the Oil and Gas industry is responsible for leading sales efforts, developing strategic business relationships, and driving revenue growth. -Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share within the oil and gas sector.

-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

-Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.

-Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the oil and gas industry is essential. -Proven success in business development is a must.

-Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, products, services, and market dynamics.

-Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through effective strategy implementation and relationship management. Strong negotiation skills are critical.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
