We are looking for Clinic Assistant/Receptionist, the duties will be Registration, Dispensing , Billing, Insurance Claims etc. Our working hours are from 8am to 5pm (1st shift) and 12 noon to 8.30pm (2nd shift), Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. On the job training will be provided for those with no Clinic work experience.

We are located at Blk 343, Jurong East St 31. #01-45. Please do drop by for an interview from Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm. we will be closed for lunch between 1pm to 2pm if you are interested in the position.

What the role involves:

1. Handle ocean import process (communicate with customer, data entry, raise payment voucher, arrange transportation)
2. Arrange payments with Carrier / Co-loader upon receipt of Arrival Notices from Carriers / Co-loaders.
3. Process / input data of incoming shipments in Yunas system.
4. Sending Arrival Notice to customers, and liaise for clearance and delivery instructions
5. Arrange for insurance coverage in required by customers
6. Arrange clearance documents and liaise with transporters for delivery arrangement
7. Follow-up on the arrival of shipment, and delivery process
8. Liaise with customers / carriers / co-loaders if there is any discrepancy to the cargoes upon clearance
9. Raise invoices and dispatch to customer, and follow-up with customers if there is any discrepancy
10. Extract data for simple report (Excel) if required by customers

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. Minimum O level and above
2. 1 Year of Experience preferably in freight forwarding or shipping.
3. Good communication skill and a team player with positive working attitude

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, servers, and applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot system issues and outages.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure,including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage VPNs and remote access systems.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect systems from threats.
• Manage access controls, permissions, and user accounts.
• Regularly update systems and apply security patches.
• Review the network access log
• Provide technical support to end-users for system and network-related issues.
• Train staff on IT best practices and new software.
• Maintain detailed records of IT infrastructure, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Navision will be an added advantage
• Scripting and programming for system administration and user requirement.

Competency Requirements

• Min Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Experience in Network, routing protocol
• Experience on Windows Server, Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud
• Experience in VBA scripting
• Knowledge in software development will be an advantage

• Manage and process payroll for all workers on a timely basis, such as, computation of staff' salaries, allowances and deductions, processing of wages, statutory submissions, annual & ad hoc tax fillings, etc
• Manage claims from employees and with government authorities( Levy Waiver, etc)
• Supporting Employees and Management by driving, planning, coordinating and implementing effective HR guidelines, procedures and guidelines across the full spectrum of HR
• Analysis of Manpower resource allocation, visa quotas and emplyee satisfaction
• Manage work pass apllications, renewals & canncellations
• Manage the repatriation of work permit holders
• Putting together regular and ad hoc payroll and costing reports for management and employees
• Continuous improvement of HR systems and policies
• Ensuring training is implemented to ensure all necessary certificates and / or Licenses are obtained by the company under full compliance of regulations
• Maintaining employee record, employee payment details and health records, employee relation and communication

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for equipment technical management and electrical operation management of electrical, instrumentation and DCS.
• Responsible for keeping records of various electrical instrument operations, equipment defect records, etc.
• Implement the company's various goals and indicator management plans, conduct production operation analysis and reduce power consumption.
• Assist operating personnel in training to prevent the occurrence of various operating accidents.
• Responsible for revising and adapting the operating procedures and technical materials of the electrical major, and responsible for the review and archiving of electrical work tickets and operation tickets.
• Carry out accident investigation and analysis work in the electrical profession.
• Responsible for formulating electrical maintenance and technical improvement plans.
• Responsible for the company's electrical inspection and maintenance management, and be proficient in the daily inspection and maintenance of DCS systems, networks, cameras, instruments and other electrical equipment.
• To carry out price and analysis and conduct purchase or contract negotiation with vendor and ensure the materials are acquired at best pricing
• Responsible for the formulation, implementation and internal assessment of 7S standards for electrical instrumentation.
• Any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by Supervisor, HOD and the Management from time to time within the JE Group.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on mechanical maintenance of waste management preferred.
