Reporting to the Technical Officer and Senior Maintenance Supervisor, this role is responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of the school premise. This includes maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, ventilation works and other building systems.

Responsibilities:

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure consistency with health and safety standards.
• Check work orders via the ticketing system daily and take on assigned work activities accordingly. This includes setting up and tearing down of events location.
• Ensure scheduled inspections, maintenance and repair work are conducted regularly and properly recorded. The Senior Manager - Commercial & Estimation will be responsible for producing various classes of cost estimates for rig repair and refurbishment projects. They will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates are comprehensive and adhere to project requirements.

Details/duties:

• Attend project meetings to obtain thorough understanding of Scope of Work and cost estimate requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Jack Up drilling rig projects including engineering, procurement, fabrication, site manhours (application of agreed norms) and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Operate ASRS equipment, including automated cranes, conveyors, and control systems, to perform material handling tasks such as loading, unloading, and storing goods in designated locations.
• Follow maintenance schedules and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on ASRS equipment.
