Automation System

• Perform automation system back up.
• Trouble shooting of hardware and software problems on the automation system.
• Modification of control program for improvement/project and removal of bugs.
• Modify programs (PLC / UNIX) to improve the methodology of process and the requirement.

Electrical

• Maintenance of equipment electrical circuits.
• Servicing of electrical motors
• Perform modification for the process / or layout conversion.

Instrument

• Trouble shooting of basic instrument; temperature, control valve, pressure.

Overhaul

• Execute annual equipment overhaul program.

Spare Parts management

• Highlight spare parts requirement and shortages based on inventory and work requirement.

Result Energy Consumptions Targets are met

• Carry out repair and inspection to ensure that no energy is wasted due to poor upkeep of equipment
• Monitor the critical energy parameter with Engineer and assist them with recommended solution.
