We are a growing engineering consulting company based in Singapore, seeking for a high performing professional to join us as an Executive Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Under the supervision of Senior Engineers, to perform initial engineering task on the mechanical services detailed design for building projects
• To prepare submission to authorities for approval of design
• To attend to project meeting with Client, PM and Consultants from other disciplines
• To attend site project meeting and site inspection and respond to technical queries
• Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
• Handle client liaison and reporting
• Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

Key Requirements

• Degree in a Mechanical Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the design & supervision of building service projects (Those with 5 years’ experience and/or Certified Professional Engineers will be considered for a senior position).
• Experience in leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
• Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
• Able to work independently & exercise initiative
• Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives

Main Purpose of Role:

Responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of equipment throughout its lifecycle. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose equipment and services while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose problems or malfunctions in equipment, assess service requests, and perform technical interventions such as repairs, maintenance, or replacements.
• Carry out commissioning and testing of installations or components in line with project requirements, protocols, and safety regulations.
• Ensure seamless field service operations by handling technical, logistical, and administrative tasks. This includes documentation management, planning, and communication.
• Perform disassembly and assembly of equipment, including physically intensive tasks. Engage in machining activities such as drilling, sawing, or welding.
• Adhere to health and safety standards while ensuring project timelines and goals are met.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Candidates with no experience can apply. On-the-job training is provided
• Prior experience in equipment servicing or manufacturing is an advantage

You will be part of our Process + Systems Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Business + Process Excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + process audits.
• To oversee + ensure the delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.
• To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review + action planning together with the business unit

Your Skills And Experiences

• At least 5 years of business process or supply chain management experience preferred.
• Professional education or degree in business or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in process analysis.
• Proficiency in English communication
• Supply chain expertise is an advantage.
• Preferably with Excel skills.

Accounts Assistant - 12 Months contract to handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable function inclusive of local and oversea suppliers payment, assist with internal and external audit activities, statutory tax reporting (ie. data extraction, etc.) and any other ad-hoc assignments.

· Perform manufacturing operations associated with production parts

Require to perform rotating shift work including weekends.
