• Coordinating with the client and attending client meeting whenever required

• Modelling of Equipment and Outfitting in AVEVA
• Extraction of Outfitting General Arrangement from AVEVA
• Prepare a wide range of engineering related documents such as plot plans, Key plan
• Extraction of Piping layout and Piping General Arrangement from AVEVA
• Extraction of Isometric drawing with MTO and Line list
• Data consistency and Clash checking in AVEVA
• Prepare support drawings
• Checking the piping and other discipline documents as per shipyard payment
• Perform 3D Modelling of Electrical equipment and cable tray/ladder, supports and instruments in AVEVA
• Preparation of 2D deliverables (lighting layout, wiring diagram, equipment layout, interconnection diagram, cable tray/ladder layout, cable tray/ladder fill report and MCT layout)

• Receive and release of inventory, performs packing/unpacking and assembling (if any) including storing of incoming and outgoing stock to/from workshop inventory.
• Plan, organize, maintain stocks, manage inventory, and apply appropriate methods of inventory management promptly.
• Update daily stock records and maintain proper records of inventories including upkeep of warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing mechanical projects in Power Plant and Oil & Gas industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision:

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical work activities to ensure smooth execution.

- Manage and lead a team of mechanical fitters, technicians, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.

2. Installation & Maintenance:

- Oversee the installation, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including pumps, valves, compressors, and piping systems.

- Review and verify technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy during execution.

3. Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and MOM regulations on-site.

- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments for all team members.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

- Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.

5. Team Management:

- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

- Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements or additional training as needed.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, manpower records, and inspection checklists.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools.

· Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently.

·Familiarity with industry codes and standards, such as ASME, API, and ISO.

Job Description:

• Supervise Production Operators and manufacturing activities in Battery Recycling Plant pertaining to the production of products and/or manufacturing processes across production area such as Battery Feeding Area, Mechanical Plant Area, Chemical Plant Area and Mechanical Vapor Recompression Area.
• Conduct performance reviews, including resolving performance issues, discipline issue, time management and commitment of Production Operators.
• Establish the scheduling of production route sheet and team performance metrics, including monitoring output and adjusting schedules to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Accountable for productivity, quality, and training metrics of operators, and provide regular progress reports and manufacturing metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders, including developing resolutions as needed to improve metrics achievement.
• Lead Production CIP (continuous improvement program), partner with engineering on investigations and/or corrective actions, perform non-conformance investigations for review with engineering, assures documentation content is valid.
• Accountable to ensure staff is appropriately trained to perform assigned work according to production WI. (Assignment during working hour and OT hour)
• Monitor raw material usage and availability required in daily production, including proposing resolutions to mediate shortages.
• Manage material and labor variances to meet established standards, including proposing resolutions to mediate shortfalls.
• Responsible for production machinery basic maintenance, maximize production output, machinery up time and monitor equipment performance with data recordings and production check list/route sheet/material transfer form/preventive maintenance records.

Job Requirements

• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to maintain and upkeep filing of documents and records
• Prior work experience related in running production and process, and on-site trouble shooting
