We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Research Fellow to conduct innovative research in air traffic management, especially on the application of human factor in interface design for air traffic management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the assessment framework for controller workload, communication and coordination efficiency, and decision making effectiveness when operating under and transitioning from normal and multi-sector planner staffing levels.
• Analyzing and optimizing users' human factor performance to ensure smooth transition between staffing level and effective use of ATM tools.
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to collect user feedback by analyzing bio-signal data or questionnaires.
