• Prepare progress reports and participate in the evaluation and reporting process as required by regulatory agencies and funding sources.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
• Supervise, train, and mentor teacher assistants who work with children with additional needs.
• Ensures the program always operates in compliance with all childcare licensing standards.
• Must know and implement Centre routines and practices; Childcare Centres Act regulations (MSF Singapore); Code of Ethics (AECES) and the licensing guidelines as stipulated by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA Singapore); NCSS requirements.
• Shares responsibility for maintaining the play environments and storage areas in an organized and clutter-free condition.
• Participates in regular fire drills and other emergency and/ or crisis management procedures.
• Assists the centre management in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by promptly reporting any existing and/or potential workplace hazards.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and industry trends in early intervention and inclusive education.
• Lead the professional development initiatives for the center by organizing training programs and sharing knowledge with peers.
• Represent the preschool in professional forums, seminars, or community outreach programs to advocate for inclusive practices.
• Play a key role in shaping the preschool’s vision and strategies for early intervention and inclusive education.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your designated superior.

No experience/Diploma in precision/mechanical/mechatronic/electrical/electronic/Industrial or related engineering
