Requirements

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.

• Experience managing both Unix (Linux and/or AIX) and Windows servers. Expert level (e.g. certified) in one at least one: covering installation, configuration, security, networking, storage, patching, hardening etc.

• Experience working in VMWare environments.

• Practical experience administering SAN and related storage technologies.

• Experience with Python/Ansible scripting skills for provisioning and automating dynamic infrastructure.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge in infrastructure areas such as virtual server technologies, storage, networking, internet protocols, operating systems, scripting & monitoring tools and IT Security.

• Experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD and related tools preferred.

The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-

* Handling of all customer's (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.

* Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders

· Preparation of Letter of Employment, staff on-boarding orientation, and HR-related document

· Administer all foreign worker’s work pass related matters such as application/renewal/cancellation/appeals and medical check-up arrangement including liaising with MOM and relevant governmental bodies

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Invoicing and Quotation Management: Prepare and process customer invoices, set up quotations, and ensure timely and accurate billing.

6. ETL/ELT and Automation Support: Assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and automating data workflows to improve efficiency.
7. System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor systems performance, ensure stability, and troubleshoot issues related to data extraction, reporting, and integration.
8. Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, contributing to projects and initiatives to enhance processes and reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/IT or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a Logistics Company
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, SQL, experience in Oracle System will be an advantage
