• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Fusion BIP Reports (RTF, Etext), and data conversions (FBDI, HCM Data Loader).

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize data models, including creating custom dimensions, hierarchies, and mapping business requirements to the model.

• Develop and design input and output forms for web forms to generate financial reports.

• Implement and configure Planning Workflows to enable users to control the budgeting process effectively.

• Design and optimize ETL processes by creating and managing routines, jobs, and data load configurations (QDLs).

• Develop calculation scripts, FST, MDX, and advanced scripts to optimize calculation time for reporting.

• Create transformation checks for ETL processes and ensure proper data load validations.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring year end balances are rolled over correctly into new IFS system
• Handling the Accounts payable flow, which includes resolving issues, uploading invoices, coding,generating posting proposals,running payments, and managing daily bank files and tax codes.
• Managing journal entries for transactions not covered in the IFS modules (e.g.payroll, external file uploads, prepayment amortization) .
• Working with the fixed asset module to handle asset acqusition, importing fixed asset objects, running depreciation and ensuring depreciation is accurate.
• Performing reconciliations such as GRNI (Goods received not invoiced), mixed payment postings and bank reconciliations.
• Generating and creating reports required for period closing, including GST/VAT reports,trial balance, GL listings and AP/AR reports.
