• Perform collision analyses to evaluate structural impacts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with classification societies for design and analysis approvals.
• Ensure structural designs comply with offshore wind industry standards and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs with other engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers to ensure quality and timely project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or Civil Engineering (minimum).
• At least 10 years of experience in Marine & Offshore projects, including conceptual studies, FEED, and detailed design.
• Proficiency in finite element methods and engineering software such as SESAM, SACS, etc.
• Experience or knowledge in wind farm foundations, offshore substations/structures, and floating wind design/analysis is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a commitment to personal and team development.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills for interactions with clients and third parties.
• Familiarity with marine and offshore industry standards and codes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and effective interpersonal abilities.
