JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Closing: Engage with prospective clients (building owners and facility management teams) to understand their technical requirements, sustainability goals and budget constraints. Identify key decision makers and their objectives. Work with Design Engineering team to scope and update project proposals. Present project proposals, highlighting benefits, technical capabilities and how it meets client objectives. Negotiate on technical requirements and commercial terms. Close orders and hand over to Field Engineering team for project implementation. Update progress throughout pre-sales and closing using CRM software.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with building owners and facility management teams. Generate leads for upselling and future projects. Secure contracts from existing clients for SaaS renewals.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 4 years of Outside Sales experience, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, capable of working independently, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to travel to client jobsites within Singapore and Johor Malaysia. Preferably have own transport and driving license.

• Field Deployment: Interpret detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Scope of Works (SOW) issued by Design Engineering team. Plan, coordinate and implement projects at client jobsites, including site assessments, subcontractor management, as well as configuration and installation of our devices and sensors. Document project progress, findings and recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide technical training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of our systems.
• Data Analysis & Field Technical Support: Analyse and interpret data collected from various equipment, devices and sensors, including Building Management Systems, electrical meters, BTU meters, IAQ Sensors and various PLCs. Provide technical support and maintenance services for projects at client premises. Coordinate with Helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve site issues.

Job Requirements

• Degree or higher in Building, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of Engineering/IT experience, preferably in Building Services or Industrial Automation with good knowledge of automation, PLCs, SCADA, Building Management Systems, M&E systems, RTU devices and networking equipment.

• Perform packing duties in a cleanroom environment, ensuring goods (machine/components) are securely packed using cleanroom-compliant packaging materials, such as sealed bags, cleanroom-compatible boxes, or crates, while adhering to precise measurements and quality standards.
• Perform onsite measurement of cargo, parts, or machines in a cleanroom environment, and assist in implementing packaging designs based on item size, weight, and customer requirements.
• Operate and handle equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and manual lifting tools to manage items based on size and weight.
• Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
• Use measurement tools, and cleanroom-compatible techniques to ensure precision in packing.
• Ensure goods are packed accurately, securely, and safely to maintain product integrity during transit.
• Follow strict cleanroom procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Adhere to company standards by wearing cleanroom coveralls and PPE during work.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in cleanroom packaging environments.
• Able to lift and carry heavy loads.
• Proficient in using cleanroom-approved packaging tools and equipment.
• Valid forklift license with at least 2 years of operational experience.
• Experience with crane lifting operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and hygiene standards.
• Computer literacy is an advantage.
