Key Qualifications

• Specialised in SAP functional and business experience in Order-to-Cash, e-commerce B2B /

B2C with good exposure to relevant SAP technical components. Experience to work and

drive workshop / solutions with business users.

• Business knowledge of sales fulfilment business processes in consumer, digital media and

payment processing.

• Experience in running international projects end-to-end working with world wide teams,

establishing partner relationship in technical as well as in business areas.

• Exposure to SAP Advanced Planning, GTS, EAI, BPM, S/4 HANA is desirable

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and dynamic Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The Head Chef

will oversee kitchen operations, consistently meeting quality, presentation, and efficiency

standards. This role requires exceptional culinary expertise, leadership

abilities, and attention to detail to provide an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Kitchen Management: Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, plating, and presentation, to ensure efficiency and high standards.

 - Staff Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire the kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment.

 Inventory & Supplies: Oversee the ordering, storage, and inventory control of ingredients to ensure freshness and quality while effectively managing costs.

 - Menu Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and updates, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

 - Compliance: Ensure that health, safety, and sanitation standards are met in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations.

 - Cost Control: Monitor and manage kitchen expenses, including food costs and waste reduction, to contribute to profitability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.

• To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents, and site instructions.

• To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies and report to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person as stated below:

• Check shop drawings submitted by contractor.

• Check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by contractor.

• To check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report to Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications.

• To check mock-ups done on site, where necessary.

• To ensure that the required construction tests in connection with the construction works are carried out where necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.

* Minimum ten(10) years of relevant experience as a mechanical and electrical engineer, of which at least three (5) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in buildings, plumbing/Sanitary Experiance.

*Experience in PUB project is advantageous.
