• Responsible for Flavor creation projects within SEA.
• Independently lead projects, developing flavors in line with business need and in response to customer brief.
• Proactively work with new ingredients.
• Ability to understand how to adjust a flavour formulation in the direction needed for flavour modifications.
• Work closely with all customers/distributors.
• Lead technical presentations and working sessions with customers.
• Interact with key customers to understand requirements.
• Basic knowledge of raw materials and flavour ingredients with a basic ability to create selected flavour types to deliver flavour performance for customer briefs, processes, research and development needs

Job Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years industry experience in Flavour industries.
• Strong background in organic chemistry, food chemistry, flavour applications.
• Trouble-shooting skills, with strong and discerning sense of smell and taste.

Copier Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain & hands-on repair/service any brand of copier machines / printers.
• Conduct quality inspection upon stock arrival.
• Conduct product testing with samples provided on copier machines / printers.
• Provide technical advice and report on quality of samples / products.
• Resolve customer complaint for faulty product at customer’s premises when required.
• File and maintain samples sent for testing or faulty items etc.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Copier Technician Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'O'/ 'N' Level & Above.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in repairing copier machines.
• Prior experience with servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba,Konica Minolta, Xerox, Kyocera copier/printers will be an advantage.
• Familiar with copier/printer software applications, install and testing network connectivity on site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing information about products and services. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage all incoming queries, issues, or grievances with patience, positivity, and professionalism.
• Obtain costing from procurement, suppliers, or internal sources, and submit quotations, artwork, and other related documents to customers promptly.
• Proactively update customers on their order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
• Support the generation of sales through cold calling or by responding to incoming queries from various platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and sales teams, and liaise with customers on sales and stock aging monitoring.
• Communicate with customers to follow up on unpaid invoices while maintaining professionalism and strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year or above related working experience as sales coordinator/sales admin/sales support etc.
• At least ‘N’ level, ‘O’ level or equivalent
• Computer literate, preferably with basic knowledge of SAP system
