• Good job knowledge of marine heavy Equipment Mechanical works, troubleshoot, remove re-installation and repair works (Such as Cranes, motors, generators, and pumps etc.）
• Good job knowledge of Heavy Equipment Electrical work, troubleshoot and repair Equipment Electrical related matters.

• Provide technical assistance to service operations
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor/management

Job Duties:

• Assist with the Reception desk as required and other associated tasks, including directing incoming calls and visitor arrival/departure
• Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
• Organising couriers
• Maintain filing system
• Prepare mail
• Arrange correspondence for overseas deliveries

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
• Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
• Detail-oriented and ability to work independently
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
• Able to work on Saturdays as of when required

Duties and Responsibilities

· To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work;

· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;

· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;

· To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;

· To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;

· Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;

· To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;

· Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;

· Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;

· Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

Summary of Qualifications

1. Vocational Certificate in any relevant technical discipline;

2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field;

3. Proven experience working as a Supervisor;

4. Good knowledge of local building codes and construction safety regulations;

5. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment;

6. Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, problem-solving skills;

7. Excellent organizational and communication skills;

8. May need to work on Sunday and public holiday.
