  Together with Financial Controller, lead financial audits, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
  
• Streamline Inventory Management:Generate and analyze inventory reports to enhance reconciliation processes between Deskera and Excel.
  Optimize inventory workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Ensure Financial Compliance:Review and approve all financial submissions with precision.
  Manage GST filings, audits, taxation, and annual survey requirements.
  
• Maximize Cash Flow Efficiency:Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  Approve and release payment requests to trade creditors promptly.
  
• Enhance Reporting & Analytics:Compile trading Profit & Loss reports with detailed insights.
  Prepare other ad-hoc reports as needed.
  Track and report data from various trading platforms for informed decision-making.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of finance operations, FRS standards.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
• Experience with financial systems like (preferably Deskera) or other ERP software and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
