1. Roles & Responsibilities
-Oversees a company's operational workflow, inventory, equipment and people.
-Resolve operational issues and disputes promptly or prevent it from even happening.
-Maintain constant communication with the managers, staffs and the merchants to ensure proper operations of the company with brief summary to the Management.
-Submit proposals or suggestions with supporting back up examples, which can improve the workflow and increase profit margins within the organisation.
-Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, which include a proper onboarding documentation process for all departments (Operational Handbook).
-Increase the efficiency of the existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.
- Overall responsible for the daily operations, including the physical operations - receiving, storing, picking, packing, inventory management and the worker-shift management.
- On-site coordination with Ops backend teams to ensure operational efficiency, safety and accuracy.
Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance.
-5.5 work days per week, OT when necessary.
# Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 am to 6.00 pm, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
# Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
