Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays : 8.00am to 5.30pm
Working Location: Deploy to nearest Army camp

Job Scope:

• Maintain and repair the various weapon systems (i.e. Heavy Armed and Small Arms weapons) in the camp premise.
• Conduct of weapon inspections and repairs.
• Required to travel occasionally to other Training Centres and Institutions to support in the out-process inspection/ repair of weapon systems.

Requirements

• Singaporeans ONLY
• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 2 years contract with good benefits.
• Willing to travel to different camp sites as and when required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support in the areas of documentation, data entry, filing, reports for operations
• Liaise with customers for invoicing, payment, and delivery schedule
• Arrange delivery and collection schedules for drivers
• Other administrative works as assigned

Working hours:

• 5.5 days per week
• Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
• Saturday 9am - 3pm
• 1-hour lunch break per working day

Requirements:

• Able to speak English and Chinese
• Able to use a computer and Microsoft Words/Excel
• Responsible & hardworking
• 1-2 years of admin support experience
• Good customer service skills
