• Assist and work with day to day production administrative works and operations of the Production/Processing Department by Engineer/Manager/Supervisor
• Support production operations functions with expert administrative support to the entire Production Team.
• Attend to production inquiries, calls, and email
• Responsible for updating and maintaining data and reviewing production records and orders.
• Responsible and maintain a proper record, filing for each department documents archival
• Issue of drawings to the relevant department for production
• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
• Obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items
• Obtaining approval from requisitioning department
• Assist to get supplier quotation
• Handle customer quotation enquiries

Responsibilities

1. Sales and marketing of static control, cleaning and temperature control industrial products
2. Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunities, and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
3. Prepare and submit sales quotes, tender documents, technical documentation and manual.
4. Follow up on sales enquires/proposals from customers.
5. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
6. Facilitate meetings and workshops/training with customers for the Management and Product Marketing as required.
7. Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
8. Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
9. Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.
10. To perform hands on fault diagnosis, trouble shooting, maintenance of component and/or system in the workshop / on site.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by Management.

Requirements

1. Diploma or ITE in Engineering; Certificate in Engineering would be considered
2. With or without experience
3. Possess a valid class 2/3 license preferred
4. With or without own Vehicle
5. Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
6. Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Customer-driven and results-oriented.
8. Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.
9. Disciplined, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure.
10. Good engineering knowledge and self-motivated
11. Able to work independently, good team player with positive work attitude
