The Job:

Training

1. Achieve annual department budget and targeted trainee participation
2. Provide guidance to trainers for conduct of WSQ courses with alignment to stat board regulatory requirements
3. Upkeep SSG ATO and ITE COJTC status as an accredited training provider
4. Develop training programs on MHE and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for smooth delivery of training course syllabus

Curriculum Developer:

1. Develop new coursewares (Product and Process) to meet market trend and demands
2. Submit new coursewares for regulatory approval for course commencement
3. Enhance existing coursewares to meet regulatory requirements
4. To maintain course registry records and filing

The Person:

• Min Diploma – preferably Engineering
• Attained full WSQ DACE/DDDLP certification
• Min 3 yrs of experience
• Possesses Class 3 and Forklift license and has experience operating it, comfortably
• Written and oral communication skills, specifically an ability to engage an audience on training topics to solidify adoption of product.
• Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin

Overview

The Psychology and Child & Human Development (PCHD) Department at the NIE comprises of a team of educators, psychologists and counsellors passionate about the application of psychology to general education, as well as the specialized domains of psychology, counselling, early childhood education and special needs education.
