Job Desciption:
* Greet and welcome potential clients entering the sales gallery, offering a warm, friendly, and professional experience.
* Create a positive first impression by introducing the vacation club and explaining the concept and benefits.
* Engage with guests to understand their vacation preferences, travel habits, and interests to tailor the presentation and propose suitable vacation ownership solutions.
* Answer any questions, explain pricing structures, and provide clarity on membership options
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process, addressing concerns, clarifying doubts, and overcoming objections in a professional and consultative manner.
* Track sales leads, provide reports on performance, and ensure that all necessary documents are accurately completed
Requirements:
* A Diploma or Degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is often preferred.
* Previous experience in a customer service or hotel role (preferably in a luxury or 5-star environment) is highly valued.
* Clear, polite, and professional communication with guests and team members.
* Ensuring the smallest aspects of service are addressed to exceed guest expectations.
* Familiarity with reservation systems, guest management software, and basic office applications.
