Job Description:

Administrative duties:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Monitor the incoming emails regard the quotation and provide official quotation
• Arranging courier, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers and customers
• Provide support to admin manager and head of sales & marketing
• Collect the letter from mail box

Accounts Duties:

• Compile the vendor invoices & matching against corresponding DO & PO
• System key in of sales receipts & vendor invoices
• Assit to prepare the monthly giro payment and petty cash reimbursement
• Assit on monthly giro payroll
• General administrative duties, data entries & filing
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Description:

- Conduct product development activities, such as product system & sub-system design and integration, technical evaluation, prototype preparation / testing, test analysis and system qualification.

- Review specifications and technical requirements with clients.

- Generate product technical documents, drawings, assembly drawings and bill-of-materials.

- Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality and marketing department.

- Work effectively in a multiple department project team to ensure that project schedule, budget and quality are met.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Knowledge in 3D modeling software such as Solidworks is an advantage.

· Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· A recognized diploma/ degree in construction related studies/business/marketing

· Proficient in written and spoken English
