Responsibilities

• Navigate waterways within the Port Limit of Singapore, ensuring accurate courses using navigational aids.
• Command tugboats for safe maneuvering from quay to vessel/rigs and manage anchoring and mooring line deployment.
• Utilize navigational aids effectively for accurate navigation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tides, waters, coastlines, marine hazards, and weather conditions.
• Operate locating devices, communication, and signaling equipment efficiently.
• Assess lifting feasibility with sound judgment.
• Draft lifting and mooring plans accurately.
• Interpret engineering drawings and plans proficiently.
• Possess in-depth understanding of floating crane lifting capabilities.
• Maintain communication with project managers and onsite coordinators to ensure safe operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in same capacity.
• Graduate from a Marine Academy.
• Completent in sheer leg crane operations for crane above 800 metric tons.
• Availability to stay onboard weekly for day/night watch.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the various stakeholders and users, both internal and external, during planning, design, tender and construction stages.
• Assist with the management and coordination with stakeholders, consultatants and contractors.
• Plan, administer and execute projects to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor construction and inspect site works for compliance and discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation and management of construction contracts
• Prepare project progress reports.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or construction related.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in design and/or management of building construction projects.
• Proficient in drafting related and project management software.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Detail-oriented and a good team player.

Responsibilities:

• Operate 4-5 axis CNC Vertical Milling Machines and Horizontal Boring Machines.
• Set up machines accurately, including tooling, fixtures, and workpieces, based on engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Keep up with the housekeeping requirements at the workstation.
• Carries out duties as assigned by Foreman.

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC milling / Turning centre.
• Understanding of tooling criteria, machining applications and process documentation.
• Min ITE Technical Certificate, preferably in Precision Metal Machining.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Building/Construction Studies/Civil & Structural Engineering/Geological Science or equivalent
