• Prepare journal vouchers for any internal charge, intercompany charge or journal adjustments;
• Perform fixed asset capitalization for Capex and Construction capital works;
• To liaise with internal and external auditors.

Cash Handling

• Administer, distribute and reconcile petty cash and cash advances closely with Executive Assistants and Academic Administrators;
• Work closely with all petty cash and cash advance holders ensuring timeliness of monthly reconciliation and completeness of approval in compliance with the College policies;
• Prepare and reconcile weekly and monthly petty cash reports, including monthly cash count and cash reconciliation reports.

We are seeking a highly organized and multitasking Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various departments and ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities

* Design and analyze cabin interior and mechanical components in support of aircraft interior modification projects.

* Develop drawings (e.g. LOPA, installation drawings, production drawings, etc), work instructions, procedures and recommendations.

* Develop engineering substantiation reports (e.g. Weight & Balance, Structural, Flammability reports) and Engineering Authorizations (EAs).

REQUIREMENTS
