1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

3. Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.

4. Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

5. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

6. Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

7. Plan, coordinate and monitor M&E subcontractor’s activities at project sites.

8. Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.

9. Ensure that all M&E works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

10. Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans, quality control mechanisms are being used and results are conformed to specifications.

11. Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to consultants for approval.

12. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

13. Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity and Cost Management: Thoroughly review construction plans to prepare accurate quantity requirements and cost estimations.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to communicate updates, address inquiries, and ensure alignment on budgetary needs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Generate reports, financial analyses, contracts, and budgets. Keep accurate records of design adjustments and update budgets accordingly.
• Tender Review: Assess tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand the project scope in detail, ensuring accurate estimates and compliance with Sunpeak standards.
• Bills of Quantities (BQ): Measure quantities and compile Bills of Quantities, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations during tender submissions.
• Variation Orders: Identify and prepare variation orders for project changes, documenting and communicating these to relevant stakeholders.
• Site Meetings: Attend site meetings to provide financial updates, address cost concerns, and ensure contract terms are met.
• Progress and Final Accounts: Review and certify progress claims, and finalize accounts for completed projects to ensure all financial aspects are reconciled.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skillset:

• Highly meticulous, cost-conscious, and capable of independent work.
• Proficient in construction contracts and tender processes.
• Skilled in software for quantity take-offs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English with an ability to present complex information clearly.

Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance

- Assist Engineer/Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment

Job Description & Requirements

• Degree holder with >5 years of experience in performing AML/KYC duties (preferably CDD) within the financial service sector
• Strong logical reasoning skill; can consume a multitude of information to draw reasonable conclusion on a scenario in a structured manner
• Respectful and professional when challenging a past decision or quality of work
• Can manage pressure from high volume
• Fluent and articulate in both spoken and written English
• Self-started, team player; can work with stakeholders from other BUs.
• Experience with Detica appreciated, but not mandatory
• Candidates with Less 5 years of experience (3-5 Years) will be considered as L2 KYC Analyst.
